Seed of Life Living

Team training session will be led by Katie Juelson, who currently works on staff with Canada Soccer's National Para  Team, and various OPDL soccer teams (Ontario Provincial Development League)


Sessions can be booked for a full hour, or half hour warm-up/cool down.
Multiple bookings include an at home program designed specifically for teams.

Teams 14-19: $12/player
Teams 10-13: $10/player

Teams 7-10: $13/player

Aid prevention and recovery from injury
Enhance physical performance, stamina, flexibility & agility
Develop concentration and focus
Effectively manage tension and control stress levels
Improve strength and conditioning training
Team training sessions available at your facility or practice location.
